Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase from The Passion Palette. Here’s how our refunds and returns work:

1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at thepassionpalette@outlook.com. Include photos and your order number. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you.

2. Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll work with you to reship at your cost. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

3. Change of Mind, Size Exchanges, and Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or size exchanges, except at our discretion. Face masks and other sealed goods are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

4. Special Rules for Brazil
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Photos must be provided for evaluation. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.

5. EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, returns are not available for personalized items or sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Report a Problem
Before returning anything, please contact us at thepassionpalette@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
